It seems that the cost of getting claws clipped and anal glands emptied is becoming overly much. The tech that did the claws this time left many longer and one on the inner front paw was not trimmed at all. I did tell the tech to make sure the glands were cleared completely because last time they weren’t and I had to return for them to do a better job. This time Bisa continues to drag her butt on the ground-just not as much as before her visit. I have a growing concern about tech visits.

I usually make Jade s allergy shots well in advance. I forgot the last time, so I had to call in. Trying to figure out why it took over a week to get in for a 2-minute shot. Otherwise, we are really happy with the care we have gotten for Jade.
