Everything is usually great except for one thing. I ve been especially upset lately because every time I request a refill on meds (amlodipine and RenaKare), there is not enough in stock to fill my request. This forces me to make an extra trip to pick up the remainder, plus they charge me an extra $10 filling fee for each portion. This last time, I even called a week in advance so there d be time to order enough and I STILL did not get my entire refill. And nobody bothered to mention it either - I just happened to notice it as I was leaving. This happened last month too and I did not notice until I found I was short and had to make an emergency trip to get more. Since a doctor prescribed these, why isn t there better inventory management to provide for the patient?

I am still waiting for the paw print I ordered when Sadie was put to sleep on 06/12/2025. No one has called me back. I did pick out the color and paid for it on 6/12

I was really happy with the care and information they gave me to treat my cat correctly. The previous vet I took her to eluded to kidney disease but never helped me address it. This doctor didn’t treat her like there was no hope but that she was still able to be treated. He treated her with respect and like she was deserving of care not like it was time to put her down.

The woman who checked me in at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I don t remember her name. She looked up info about the cost comparison of Heartguard and Nextguard separately versus the new product that contains both of these drugs. This info caused me to purchase the combo product the day of my visit.

Love these guys; they have cared for my dog for about 7 years and my little guy is happy and healthy because of it! I miss the grooming they used to have tho.

Shout out to Marge, she was very understanding and compassionate when we had to bring our dog in for stitches from an injury. All the staff were great in helping our vet-adverse dog feel more comfortable.

Dr. Eli was thorough, took his time, and answered any questions I had. You could tell he loves what he does and caring for animals.

The staff is always so kind. I’ve missed some tech appointments in the past and they’ve never shamed me or made me feel bad about it. I do wish tech only appointments were more readily available more quickly than a week to two weeks out. They’ve always made emergency appts a priority. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We’re very lucky to have this place for both our pets.
