He explains everything so thoroughly to me every time I come in. He even helped me out to my car. He is truly a one or a kind employee, you can tell he truly cares about each individual animal that comes in. Robert would be a huge asset to any organization. Charlene does an excellent job working with an anxious dog to trim nails, and over time we ve seen vast improvement in his ability to tolerate trims.

Dr.Howse was so careful, loving, and thorough. He entertained all of my questions in great detail and gave options and costs.

Everyone was great even though it was kind of crazy busy. Dr. Nelson answered all our questions and took time with us. We didn t feel rushed at all. He was very honest with us and made sure we got the medicine we needed without paying too much. This was our first visit with Finley and we will definitely be coming back!
