The waiting area is very bland. There are so many fun and creative ways to make the environment cuter! And more pet friendly. I have lots of ideas- call me. Lol

Just 1 thing? Requested veterinarian from last year? Older man? Pretty sure didn t see him. AND! The Dr we did see was very kind, patient, and professional as well as friendly! He did an excellent job being soft and understanding of my dog s special needs! Didn t push on me any meds or procedures? Was well informed and respectable to my choices! And one of the reasons I so highly recommend this office is the time and care you provide to me and my (pet s) family members! I never feel pushed through or like I m inconveniencing you? Your entire staff is amazing! From door to door every one of your staff is kind caring and friendly! I love you guys! I send as many patients your way as possible!

Nice friendly staff, had everything ready .

The air conditioning could have set lower. Warm and humid in the small exam rooms. Other than that, a great visit as always. Going in 23 years now that you ve taken great care of our dogs. Do the stars colored gold mean a good score? If I didn t color the stars right, your clinic scored 5 out of 5 on each question.

It would be nice to be able to have your pets seen by the Vet they want vs only being able to see who is available.

My rat Pauline was very sick with an ear infection and was not expected to survive. The doctor treated her with antibiotics and medication for dizziness. With her dizziness relieved, she was able to eat and stay strong enough to get through the illness. She has now completely recovered. We are very grateful for the care we received.

I recommend this office to everyone! The only suggestion I could make is to allow for some Saturday appointments.

We switched here from Banfield about a little over a year ago... Couldn t be happier. Staff is wonderful, and the prices are reasonable :-)

I appreciate Dr Howes clearly answering all of my questions and being equally clear in ongoing treatment plans. He didn t rush through the exam, he helped my dog feel comfortable and less afraid.

I was so impressed with everyone at Brighton Veterinary Hospital. They were kind and professional and very helpful. I have been to vets that were mean to my cat (who I admit hisses ) but not these two vets. They were so gentle with her and reassuring to me. Excellent and stellar are two words I would use to describe this place. I will definitely go again, but hopefully not too soon!!

The only issue I had was that I had to bring my dog back in because her blood work was lost or misplaced. Otherwise I have never had a problem with them and will continue to go!

The exam room smelled like urine. Will, the vet, was really great withmy dog.
