Dr. Hedges and his associates and staff have always been the best any pet parent could hope to find. That s why I keep going to see them, even though there are many veterinarian offices closer to my neighborhood. I m so glad I found Brighton Vet Hospital so many years ago!

I love Brighton Veterinary Hospital! And the price was less than I had budgeted. Thank you, Dr. Hedges, for being so great with my rabbits!

Apparently there were system issues so they gave my dog a rabies shot two years in a row. At the clinic I didn t question it as I was trusting what they were doing. When I got home to review my files, I called them and they quickly looked into the issue and credited my account.

Wonderful group of vets. So glad we switched to this clinic. They are very thorough, explaining every option for treatment.

Waiting gets very crowded, would be good to have additional people up front during your busier times so the wait isn’t so long.

We love the clinic and staff and have recently moved but still plan to come into the office for our vet care.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Matt Nelson caring for Max. He is thorough with both Max and myself (I tend to ask a lot of questions). I very much appreciate his honesty with me about addressing Max s needs.

When I call your office, I m always put on hold with a wait time averaging 5 minutes. No discussion regarding billing procedure.

Cat was a little sore and slept most of the day with three shots . Distemper / Feline Lucumia. The one that seem to bother the cat the most the new cat rabie shot . Maybe that should be addressed more .

was in the room for 20 min before we were seen. too long for dogs that are freaking out.

I called on another matter, but then asked if I could get in to have my dogs paw looked at just quickly as I didn t really think that there was a real problem. I thought I made it clear that if it was a problem I would pay for whatever charge there was but if it only took a minute then I wouldn t be charged. As a therapist I would do this kind of thing regularly, so I didn t think of it as unreasonable. When done I was charged 40 bucks for a visit. Obviously I m not happy about that.
