It was bad weather so I showed up a hour and a half early in hopes that I could get in early and the vet was nice enough to see us so we could get home before the snow really got bad.

I am physically challenged. Your entrance is in very poor condition and looks terrible. The first step is too high. I feel that the entrance needs remodeling.

My vet Dr.Howes was fantastic and I am very pleased with the level of care and thoroughness of my 2 kitten wellness checks. My only complaint would be the excessive wait times at the front desk on both visits to the clinic as a new client. My appointment was on a Monday following a holiday so that may explain the long wait (15 min) to be checked in for one instance. However, when I came in to pick up my cats ashes - there was only one person manning the desk and I waited 15 minutes behind the person in front of me as they had numerous questions for the person covering the front desk.
