Every person from the desk staff to techs to our Vet, Dr Ladman ,were so welcoming and respectful. They were so caring and gentle. Dr Ladman always takes so much time to answer all of our questions in such a thorough kind way. The entire staff is so efficient. We love Dr. Werkiser!! Parker is a vet tech favorite and he loves all the attention and treats the whole staff give him!

Our tech Karlie was so nice and went above and beyond for us. The Doctor was also so thorough in explaining everything to me in a way I understood and was so patient with my questions and concerns. This was our first time, as our regular vet could not see us. Both of our dogs were really sick and not only them being seen but the quality of care that was displayed was appreciated so much.

As a regular client of WAH since 1993, I have always trusted the staff for the health and safety of 7 cats and [more recently] 2 dogs. When my pup, Sophie [December of 2018] hurt her leg, a thorough exam was performed and a recommendation to take her to Blue Pearl for a further exam proved that WAH have competent procedures in place to guard the health of our animals. Sophie has been neutered at WAH by Dr. Ladman, and each year she, and Teddy an our current 3 cats Butch, Alli, and Brandy receive great care in their annual exams. The most recent appointment on Tuesday night past, was another great example of the great care our pets receive.
