This was my first visit to Wilmington Animal Hospital for a somewhat emergency visit. I was absolutely pleased with the level of respect, patience, and concern the entire staff had for me and my cat. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and the receptionist followed up with the health of my cat two days after his visit. I have never had a vet call me to check-in on my pet after visiting. I know I will be back for my cats annual physicals and all other health needs.

Thank you for taking such good care of my little man Kobe. Thank you for the unexpected follow up phone call after surgery. Thank you for always answering my concerns and putting me at ease. Kobe means so much to me and I appreciate your professional and personal concerns towards me and my pet. This has been an overwhelming experience that I have shared with other pet owners. You guys rock!

Thanks you to the staff at Wilmington Animal Hospital and Dr. Feldman. My dog fell very ill and I felt I had no where to turn especially during COVID when appointments are few and limited daily. I was very impressed with the fact that the doctor called later on in the day to do a follow-up. She seemed to genuinely care about my little Gigi. Not ONLY that, the receptionist/tech called the next morning to ALSO follow-up. Some doctor s offices that treat humans don t even do that. Thank you so, so much, for being there when we needed you most!
