I was extremely concerned as speedy never been to a dr before and he is a big hyper dog. the surgery tech was so professional and reassuring even though i am sure i drove her crazy. She called and gave me an update just saying he was ok after we left. I so appreciate the proffesional and personal touch your staff gave us. You are my new vet and i put you all over social media. Due to the virus, I was unable to go into the hospital, however the staff and Doctors have always been friendly and accommodating and Ellie just loves them all.

Vet and tech (Melissa) were so wonderful with my cat, I was nervous given that I couldn t be in the appointment because of COVID, but once I met them on FaceTime I felt 100% with their care of her and their opinions during the exam.

This was our first visit. It was kind of an emergency! My dog had hurt her leg. They where very gentle and thorough with her . My dog normally doesn’t do well at the vet or groomers or anywhere they touch her. My dog never seemed so relaxed. She didn’t move at all. Let them do whatever they needed. I loved the vet . I have 4 rescues. They will all be going there from now on

This my first experience with Dr. Ladman and I was so pleased with her demeanor and the manner in which she interacted with Lincoln. In addition to providing a comprehensive exam, she thoroughly discussed some questions and concerns I had regarding the flea and tick medicine Lincoln is on, and gave me some sound advice on how to better support his system prior to giving it to him. As always, I left feeling Lincoln was and is in great hands.

Our dog, Paulie, was stressed about his visit. Dr. Ladman and the technicians did a great job of decreasing his stress as much as possible with care and kindness. Thank you for the great job you do!
