Excellent first-time visit for myself and my recently adopted cat. Technicians and Vet took the time to listen to and address my questions and concerns, I didn t feel like I was being rushed at all. I appreciate the staff wearing masks and asking pet owners to wait in their car and have the exam done over the phone for everyone s safety.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Werkheiser answers all my questions and offered me advice because she asked if I was a first-time dog owner. She was so helpful and the rest of the staff was very sweet and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

You all did a wonderful job accommodating my extremely nervous dog. I was very nervous about bringing him for the first time during covid since I could not accompany him during his visit, but upon receiving him after his exam, I can say it was the least traumatized I ve ever seen him with strangers in a new place. Thank you for being so kind and making him feel as comfortable as possible.

I was very impressed with the care that my dog was given. He has some major anxiety and is not the easiest to work with, you handled him with ease and I thank you!

First time being here, had always taken my animals to Windcrest or Talleyville. We felt like we we’re always getting ripped off, and would never get a straight answer. My dog was sick, not pooping, not eating, and Windcrest gave me about 6 options of what to do. I’m not a doctor and have no idea On what the correct remedies for animals are. Your team took the situation head on, gave us good feedback, and also found my dog had an ear infection. Instead of avoiding the vet every year, we feel comfortable enough to make a proactive appointment yearly to get our dog seen.

We appreciated that my husband was able to accompany our dog inside as I know that s not always the case these days. But our dog was having trouble walking and we appreciated your understanding.

I thought the process flowed very smoothly & was as good as possible during this pandemic. I m very happy!

Receptionest was great.Techs were great. Dr. Feldman was thorough, took the time to answer all my questions, and really cared. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Being this was our first visit, staff made me feel very comfortable. It was a hot day, so they brought me a bottle if water and directed me to a area with shade and a place I could sit.
