I loved my experience !! Everyone was so friendly !!!

As always, my experience with our unfortunately wildly dog-reactive canine was wonderful. Staff was accommodating to her need to be brought in without other animals in waiting area or hallway and I didn t feel embarrassed for her need to do so. Dr.Ladman is so sensitive and tuned into how anxious our dog is and had a variety of ways to give her time and space to acclimate. All support staff is obviously trained to do the same. I always get positive feedback about our care for a dog that while wonderful, has some complicated digestive and behavioral issues. So I can always count on leaving my appointment feeling validated on how well our dog is doing and armed with suggestions in how to approach any issues or problems we have.
