Wonderful first visit

Sue at reception was great - friendly and made sure we got taken care of quickly. Melissa, Dr. J s tech was wonderful as well - took the time to answer my many questions. Dr J is the best - she is patient with me and it is easy to tell she loves what she does. thank you for taking care of my girls!

Wonderful as always. Although this survey was confusing due to the words Poor and Excellent in the Your Rating section. I assume that would pertain to a rating scale (such as 1-5) but the answers were Yes and No. I put YES in agreement with the Questions.

I think you have a wonderful animal hospital and I have recommended your place to several of my friends.

Dr. Ladman s care for our cat was exceptional, as usual.

Doctor Epstein was seriously so helpful. She really took the time to look at my dog, listen to my concerns, and came up with multiple ideas for how to help him and his crappy legs. I very much felt that she had an authentic concern for my pet and wants to see him happy and healthy. I will definitely be returning to the practice and specifically requesting Dr. Epstein.

I had an appointment for a nail clip for Niko on Sat 5/4 @ 11am. His nails are black and difficult to cut. I do not remember the name of the tech who took care of Niko but she did an awesome job!!!

The staff at Wilmington Animal Hospital had always been top notch. My dog Sonny has seen Dr. Ladman exclusively for the past ten years and we love her. She listens and never tries to push services on us. She is very sensitive to our financial situation. She remembers and greets my Sonny with love and ends her visit with a hug for me. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her implicitly. This is stop notch animal hospital.
