I called and spoke to someone at the desk on Friday and requested some 5-mL syringes and some disposable pipets. I spent at least 5 minutes explaining to her what I wanted. I know the job market is tough, but please hire some competent people.

We were very impressed with the thoroughness, kindness, and engagement with our concerns and questions. When the vet and techs left the room, my wife and I looked at each other and both said OMG! Doctor Paul and your staff are amazing.... Even though our journey ended sadly and our hearts are broken....Dr Paul and staff supported and guided and communicated all the way....which alleviated many concerns. We very recently just switched back to your office and wished we had never left as we got substandard care at the last facility.
