I have a reactive dog who came in with skin issues. The vet there accommodated his needs and he didnt bark or react while we were in the vet. He was completely relaxed and happy to be there. Its hard finding a vet who is comfortable with a reactive animal. Especially a pitbull. The vet handled him well. They were patient. This dog mom can breathe a sigh of relief knowing she can finally get her dog the care he needs without being scared or nervous about being turned away. Looking forward to having them handle Cerberus’ care for the remainder of his life. We’re thinking of bringing my other dog in also!

Nina Loves her visits to ECVH. The customer service is always impeccable. And as dramatic she is with getting her nails clipped, the staff is always understanding.

I ve been a customer for many, many years with all of my pets and am very satisfied with The Clinic. It s great to see the renovations, congratulations. The entryway and check in are still a bit chaotic, but it s no big deal; I m sure that will all be settled in the near future. All your neighborly work is appreciated!!!

Dr. Harris and staff are so darned sweet. Appreciated every interaction. First impressions are always important. I was a little ... dubious when I drove up. The building and parking lot kind of require a lil leap of faith. Once inside, all is great. Thank you!

The dog groomer was excellent. My doggie is hard to groom and she took the time and patience that was needed he has never looked better. I would recommend her to everyone, and I just hope she allows my Scotty back.

Lack of integrity Had to put $1.20 on debit card, including .03 cent fee, After paying $71.73 cash. Previously told not to worry about antibiotic( offered to pay) and month later, it was unknowingly added to bill, at this visit. I would never come to this practice again, nor would I recommend this practice.

Have enough change in house for cash payers

Doc has taken care of all of my pits. I won t go to another vet.

The person that attempted to cut my dogs nails actually end up cutting my dog.
