I ve been a customer for many, many years with all of my pets and am very satisfied with The Clinic. It s great to see the renovations, congratulations. The entryway and check in are still a bit chaotic, but it s no big deal; I m sure that will all be settled in the near future. All your neighborly work is appreciated!!!

Dr. Harris and staff are so darned sweet. Appreciated every interaction. First impressions are always important. I was a little ... dubious when I drove up. The building and parking lot kind of require a lil leap of faith. Once inside, all is great. Thank you!

The dog groomer was excellent. My doggie is hard to groom and she took the time and patience that was needed he has never looked better. I would recommend her to everyone, and I just hope she allows my Scotty back.

Lack of integrity Had to put $1.20 on debit card, including .03 cent fee, After paying $71.73 cash. Previously told not to worry about antibiotic( offered to pay) and month later, it was unknowingly added to bill, at this visit. I would never come to this practice again, nor would I recommend this practice.

Have enough change in house for cash payers

The person that attempted to cut my dogs nails actually end up cutting my dog.

It would be helpful if you would say how much certain services could run.I went in with the knowledge of what I paid in December 2022, wasn t expecting the increase of $70 in August for the same services.

My appointment was 10:00 for my dog to get 3 shots. 4+ customers came in after me and I understand they were there for grooming. Nevertheless, my dog didn’t get her shots until 10:35. Apparently she dropped two little turds on the floor while I was holding her. This is the second time I was charged $6 to dispose of it. I have friends that have never heard of someone being charged to dispose of a pets feces and they take their pets to vets. I won’t be coming back.

I will be interested to see your clinic once you have finished your updates! Thank you for all the years of caring for my cats, too. I appreciate all of you!

I personally think that a more structured surgery schedule would be beneficial for pets. I understand fasting before surgery but was very upset at the fact that because of the way the facility is run my dog went over 25 hours without eating and then had trouble coming out of anesthesia. I would think he would not have as hard of a time if he were allowed to eat something at least 12 hours before surgery. I understand emergencies may come up but a process with a schedule would be better and I m sure clients would understand if there were an emergency that came up. Also, I feel that meeting the vet for a short consultation beforehand would be more professional than meeting the vet tech in the lobby and trying to focus on what she was saying with the other distractions going on and it was the same thing at pickup it definitely gave me a very uneasy feeling. While I am happy with the results of the ear crop so far I do feel there is a level of professionalism lacking at the facilty. During pickup I was asked multiple times if I had paid that morning and if I had received his meds. If there were a more structured process these are all questions that would not be asked of clients multiple times.

Doctors were experienced, knowledgeable and attentive to my dog’s need. Would highly recommend this clinic/practice to anyone.

Dr Washington and the rotating staff that he has employed over years are always courteous and have the customers and their pets as priority 1. He is a GOD sent to his community! Thank you for your service as a Veteran in the armed forces and as a Veterinarian!
