I felt really that I could be seen without an appointment. The doctor and his staff are very good and helpful. I thought my dog was gone. I know she still has a long way to go. God bless you all.

My dog received a shot without my consent. Yes, it was a shot she was due for but a conversation regarding it nor the price was ever discussed.

The staff are informative, friendly and supportive. Will return phone calls. Customer service top notch in my opinion. I drove 4 hours to have a procedure done. Post-surgery care was clear and concise.

Your staff has called me to time to move the appointment for the next day. I told them that he was do for his last baby shot May 6th.

My dad brings our dogs to this vet so I brought mine in and was very happy with the experience and my dog was well taken care of and got her problem fixed. Very reasonably priced. This will now be the vet I take my dog to from now on.

The staff is always friendly. I did think the dogs would have been weighed and a stool sample taken for worms. The email sent from there said it was time for their shot and stool sample. Maybe zI should have inquired about the stool sample.

I wish you would look into getting another wellness program

We were very pleased with our experience and thank all of you for what you do. As someone in the vet med field I know how hard and crazy things have been the last few years. My only complaint I guess would be the communication when we were there. Although very friendly it seemed rushed and a little chaotic. I was very worried and had some questions I wanted to ask but I felt like there was no time and didn’t want to waste anyones time. Our meds were labeled correctly but the dose on the meloxicam was incorrect. The go home paper had the correct amount listed. Again not really complaints just things I noticed. We will be back for our recheck on the 11th. Thank you all for everything you do!!!

Dr.Washington , Has always responded to our urgent calls regarding our little furry girl Gracie . He s always worked her in when needed . He addressed all of our concerns and gives Gracie excellent care each visit. Amanda his assistant is very attentive to Gracie at our visits , and good with calming her anxiety she sometimes .
