Had to wait 45 min beyond appt time to be called to room. I certainly understand circumstances can result in delays. Perhaps receptionist can let clients know in advance that doctor(s) are running “x” minutes behind. Which leads me to the tremendous discomfort of seatng in the waiting area. In particular the cushions for the back. I, personally, found it very uncomfortable - especially having to wait nearly an hour before being called in. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. I initially had no idea whether the person who took Lily from the exam room was a Dr or tech. I am hard of hearing so if she introduced her position I probably missed it. I actually would have preferred to have the vitals done in the room. That was a major complaint from clients at our four clinics and we limited removal from exam rooms. My other suggestion would be to put a towel or mat on the table before placing the pet. We always used towels ( and ran washers all day). In Mexico they used paper covers similar to pee pads. The table was really cold the day I was in and being from Mexico we aren t used to the freezing air conditioning everywhere yet. ?? Thank you so much for working Lily in for the Royal Canin food. Dr. Andrew took very good care of KiKi and did all he could do to help her and me feel better. KiKi is now eating a little at a time where before she wasn t eating anything at all

I was very pleased with the office staff. Wait time was minimal. Staff was very professional. Office was clean and over all had a welcoming atmosphere.

Molly responded to her treatment and was eating 3 hours later. By the second day she seemed back to being herself again and gave us a Happy Easter afternoon together. Thanks, Dr. Larry for all you do.

Sebring Animal Hospital is a fantastic facility. The staff, the care and the honest concern for our dogs is second to none. The only down side is these wonderful facts are also why they are so very busy, however, in a needed situation they somehow get you in.

I can understand you wanting to have the patients ready for the vet to see but having an 8:00 appointment when the doctor doesn t come in until 8:30 causes a lot of anxiety in the pet. Otherwise, we have always been extremely pleased with the facility and our pets love Dr. Larry, as do we.

Dr Leah was great! She gave our little Delaney a thorough exam and prescribed meds that took care of her problem. The excellent care we have come to expect at Sebring Animal Hospital.....thanks!

Everyone we came in contract with was great. Our appointment was with Dr. Andrew. He was excellent.

I had an appointment two weeks in the future from when I was seen, they were able to find a cancellation and quickly verified that I would be able to be seen at this new date and time. They were very polite and courteous, as per usual. My dog was examined and we discussed the issues he was having, at which point the possible treatments were discussed. We agreed to a treatment. And off we went. My dog is being treated for skin conditions on his feet, incessantly chewing. The treatment was a shot to stop the itching and me cleaning his feet whenever he came in from his walks. As of this writing he has not tried to chew on his feet and is sleeping thru the night.
