I love sebring animal hospital & love the staff... I have been taking my fur babies for years..

I was telling my son as we left how much I love the sebring animal hospital. All of the staff and techs and docs are so lovely. They make a potentially stressful appt so pleasant.

This is an excellent veterinary practice! The staff is patient and friendly, and all the vets are top-notch! My dogs are everything to me, and I feel so lucky to live near this outstanding vet hospital!

Very kind staff and knowledgable Drs. It would be helpful if staff would keep those in the waiting area updated with progress as to how much longer they may have to wait. I waited 45 minutes before I finally asked how much longer it would be. I don t mind waiting as long as I know why and/or how much longer it will be. If there was an emergency before or things are running behind just be upfront and keep those waiting posted on progress.

The staff there is very nice. They take the time to listen to you,so they can better determine what your there for,I ve gone there twice now with emergencies, did not have to wait for very long before they took my cats in . I will be taking all my cats there when needed.

Wait times are way to long each time we are there! We understand a few minutes but not an hour or better!

I gave a 1 Star regarding an appointment because it was not easy to be seen. I called the night before explaining the situation and was told My Emma couldn’t be seen until a week later but to call back daily to see if there’s any cancellations. I’m extremely thankful I have a flexible job because I was able to get in the next day and am very greatful for Dr Jerrigan and his honesty with me and guiding me to make the right decision for my Emma. It would’ve been heartbreaking if there wasn’t a cancellation the next day and I wasn’t able to move my schedule around so I could get Emma in to see him or one of the other great vets and have her in pain. In the past when there was an emergency there’s never been any problem getting worked in and that’s why I never complain about wait time. I’ve been told procedures have changed and it’s appointments only and no wiggle room for emergencies which makes me very sad. I hope this policy will be readdressed.

I appreciate that I was able to get an apt. for Karama quickly since you knew he was having a problem. His treatment seemed to take effect without a lot of delay. He s feeling better now and getting back to normal. Thank you again.

I just want to thank the staff for taking good care of Chopper..since I forgot. I value each of them even if they don t directly interact with him.

My appointment was for 10:40. I had an exceptionally long wait and did not leave until noon. No reason was given for the delay but I assume it was due to an animal being in distress. Otherwise, my visit was fine and my pet was well cared for.
