Best dermatology team!! I know our Baby Girl is in the best hands! Thank you!

Making the appointment was the difficult part. We tried to schedule in early summer, and here it is November for oour first visit. We figured you had shut down, either for good, or at least for the length of the pandemic, and were pleasantly surprised when you finally contaccted us. I also think it would be considerate to have some advanced warning about the costs. Thankfully, we are able to affor the best care for our kitty, but there are many people who are not. Your staff seemed aware of this and had designated people to go through it wil us. We were told that our vet had flown in from AZ for our visit. It must be very difficult to run a clinic during a pandemic.

I had trouble clicking on 5 stars for everything. I am pleased with everything that has to do with taking Moxie to your office. From scheduling to staff and Dr. Lewis. Moxie and I are pleased. Thank you.

Outstanding experience!

First - Excellent people skills regarding Tech and Doctor Frost, I think that is so important for the dog owner. Doctor Frost gave a thorough diagnosis that was spot on, same as Jazz s regular Vet, with just a few tweaks. The fees were as to be expected. The technician explained the directions plainly. Most important Jazz was made to feel relaxed and comforted.

Thank you for seeing Bear who didn t have an appointment. He may have needed your attention more than Porkchop. Thank you for the pleasant office visit.

Dr.SCHICK is the most outstanding Dermatologist ever. She has been there for my beloved previous babies and now helping one of my boys. She has lots of compassion intelligence patience and great sense of humor. Very caring she makes sure your pet is taking care to the highest standards. I am very satisfied with my first visit, the staff was friendly and showed genuine concern for my dog, this is my fourth veterinarian I have seen in three years trying to find the cause of my dogs concern, and have already spent thousands, and not once has any other place recommended what you have, so I am very hopeful we have found the issue and will update you asap if we see improvement, thank you again.

Everyone has always been so great with Chloe. At this appointment, it touched my heart when they got a blanket out for her to lay on because she is older and has trouble with the tile floor. That really meant a lot. I can tell they really care about Chloe and making her feel as best as possible.

It was difficult to get an appointment but once there I was very pleased with the professionalism of Dr Terry and the staff. They were thorough, caring and friendly, and genuinely concerned to heal my dogs health and skin problems. I highly recommend this office.
