Everyone I encountered at our appointment was kind, caring and understanding.

Everything was very good. Staff really caring and friendly and helpful at every turn. The only difficulty I had was getting an appointment quickly. I made the appointment in July and was not able to get on the schedule until October. But everything else was excellent. didn t;t have to wait long once I got there.

I am always thrilled with the staff and the quality of care I receive!

The staff is absolutely wonderful, and I couldn t ask for a better DVM.

The exam was amazingly thorough and Dr. Charbonneau and Ellyn were very gentle with Dougie. He is usually nervous with males he doesn t know but he looked very comfortable during the exam.

We had a great appointment with Dr. Lewis! All of my concerns were address for my dogs allergies/chronic ear infections, which has been a life-long problem. This was the first time, that I feel like we have finally gotten knowledgeable care, and I am hopeful we will find a way for her to live a quality life by managing her allergies. Thank you!

Dr. Lewis and his staff who came into the room with us were just the best! We waited in the car until we were called by phone to say a room was ready. Although we wore masks the full time and the signs inside and on the front door said that masks were required, there were office staff at the front desk as well as customers in the waiting room that were not wearing masks. That was a bit disappointing that their own rules were not being followed for the safety of everyone.

I appreciated how kind and compassionate Dr. Jazic was. Having a cat with allergies has been stressful and I have been unsure of what is the best course of action for him given his other underlying conditions. Dr. Jazic reassured me that I was doing everything I could for my cat.
