The wait time upon arrival and to receive bill was very excessive. I waited quite awhile to see the doctor… well after the scheduled appointment time.

Wait time was 45+ min and I arrived 15+ min early so overall wait time was over an hour. The positive was that Dr. Imai and the front desk staff were terrific and our problem was well resolved. However, the vet technician for our appointment was a bit arrogant, rude, and poor professionalism overall. I overheard her as she left the exam room making unnecessary comments and I will request she is not the vet technician for any of our appts moving forward.

The familial environment was extremely evident from check in to diagnoses and treatment plan, all the way to invoice settlement. I feel like I have found a new home for myself and my dog Callie, and I can not appreciate enough the attention to detail and experience we experienced on our first visit to Larchmont Animal Clinic. My pup and I can not wait for our next visit.

I appreciated all the people I encountered from the reception, to vet techs to Dr. Ciganek. I really learn and feel my pets are in the best hands with Dr. Ciganek. I think I have been going to Larchmont Animal Clinic since 1987 with various pets. I don t know if things have gotten busier, but I m always put on hold when I call. Perhaps you all need more help? I also believe that now is the time to remove the COVID protocols and let pets and pet parents come into the clinic without masks and locked doors and such. I m very grateful for the great care my new rescue cats have been receiving from Dr.Ciganek and I hope he never retires.
