Was not explained that “exam” was going to be $70 just for vet to look over my dog for less than a minute. Would have loved to know that before choosing Larchmont location for services. It felt predatory as I was not prepared for this extra charge when paying.

I am always pleased with the service I receive from your staff and especially from Dr. Ciganek and Assistant Josh. My cat is never stressed going to or returning from Larchmont Animal Clinic. I think that is a sign of an excellent vet in addition to his expertise.

The service was great. I brought my 8 month in to be fixed and felt she was in good hands. She is recovering nicely.

Was told that I had to pay for an exam that I didn t ask for. Then was told that I HAD TO have an exam if I haven t seen the vet in over a year. She came in for literally 2 minutes and left. Why do I have to pay for something I didn t ask for?? If I don t get my money returned, I will find another vet clinic and not recommend this place.

I love everyone that works here. You’re all wonderful people who deserve raises. Even if you each make a million a year, its not enough for the amount of kindness you show to your patients and their human parents.

The appointment was booked for weeks. In addition, I received a phone call asking me to confirm the visit and instructing me to bring stool sample. I re-arranged my entire day for this appointment only to be told that my pet could not be seen at the appointment time but that I could drop off and pick him up which was not conducive to my schedule. I took an entire day off work so that my dog could get his shots and his annual exam and apparently Im not a valuable customer because I had to leave to now figure out how to get another day to bring my pet to another vet because I certainly will never return to this office.

I ve been a client for over 30 years. I think Dr. Ciganek is a great vet, and his staff is very professional and caring.

I’m very happy with the Doctors attention, care & Time given to both my pets. Some staff members need to have more customer service skills at front Desk The back office assistants are very nice and kind to both Pets and owners - always happy !! Have nice things to say ! It makes a difference when We are stressed bringing our pets for any reason.

I so appreciated Dr. Ciganic’s follow up call the next day.

After having left Larchmont Animal Clinic for a few years because I left the area, it is great to be back.

Requests need to be taken care of as soon as possible not having clients wait and have to call again

When I made the appointment I was told that the bill was going to be around $ 50. End up paying over $ 200. I was supposed to get an E mail for a prescription, I did not. I called back on Thursday and I was told that the prescription was ready and the attendant will E mail it. Still waiting. Also still waiting for the results from the lab.

It took 40mins to be seen.

Overpriced and unorganized

The mouse didn t seem to do what it was supposed to do. The staff was friendly & helpful & the vet s assessment of my cat s diet was helpful. However, I hope that you will soon be able to allow us to be a part of the process so we can get to know the doctors working on our pets. Knowing Dr. McCartney many many years ago helped when I had to put a beloved pet to sleep. Anne Gordon

This appt was smooth and easy, however my prior appt was not. In the prior appt the vet I had scheduled with was not the vet who saw my pet. I understand that schedule changes happen, but the patient should be notified prior to the actual appt. Also, there are not enough people answering your phone. When I arrived for my appt I called and was put on hold for 5 minutes. While on hold, I called again using another phone and was helped right away. So the first person (different person) just forgot about me on hold. Almost every time I call, I am put on hold. Try using a different ph# for patients arriving for an appt or have more people to answer the phone.
