I have brought my pet cats to Larchmont Animal Clinic for over 35 years. Dr. Ciganic is a great veterinarian I trust him and his expertise. I have recommended his staff many times. Their empathy, knowledge and humor all makes for outstanding service. I feel comfortable knowing my pets have the best care on the planet!

It is comforting to see familiar staff each time I bring my cats in for either a doctor s visit or grooming. The tech who came out to pick up Tom and Jerry knew who they were and had worked with them before. I like that.

You all have been fantastic. My cat is getting laser and I think it is helping her back. I ve been going for over 20 years and I live very far away but wouldn t think of going anywhere else. Josh has been great doing laser, Dr. C is the best and I hope he never retires. Everyone is great.

My dogs love Larchmont and Lilli ESPECIALLY loves Josh!!

Madeline was so kind and thorough. And we can say the same about Dr. Ciganek. We also really appreciate that he called to give us the results of our pup’s fecal analysis, even though it was negative so there was nothing more to go over.

Hey guys, I can only email or text because of my difficulty talking. Dr. C was kind enough to text with me while Rosa was there with Sam, and I greatly appreciate that. However, I sent a follow up text to Dr. C with questions that was never answered, and I sent a follow up email today with more questions. Never received a response from either.

I really enjoyed the waiting area. I felt at ease and relaxed which then made my dog feel as relaxed. The staff was amazing

I had a 5 p.m. appointment and arrived 1/2 hour before scheduled appointment. I was not seen until 5:50, almost an hour after scheduled appointment. The staff said nothing and I was getting ready to leave when called and then waited almost 15 minutes before Dr. Cootes came in apologizing for a personal emergency. Question: If I had been almost an hour late for my appointment, would I have been seen? Not likely since offices are sticklers for being on time. Everyone in the sitting area was seen before me. Not a good feeling.

See your clients at their appointment time. I had a 4pm appt and wasn’t seen until 440pm. I didn’t leave the office until after 530. Also, my dog was limping the next day after after a shot? This is the second time that’s happened.
