We have always received a great guest service experience. Staff is polite, dedicated and always with a positive attitude. The doctors are very passionate and are very knowledgeable. We have taken our girl dog Lucy and our Guinea Pigs and we’re always treated as family. Dr. Jan Ciganek is the BEST veterinarian we’ve had and we trust him with the lives of our pets. Highly recommend him as a veterinary doctor. Thank you so much!!!

I have been a client of larchmont for a while now and have noticed a large slip in service. I was told I would have to pay 110 dollars for an emergency visit with my dog. Then I was told my dog was fine and should stay there for the next 3 hours to see if he “sneezed”. This was not the issue. This issue is when I picked him up even tho the vet suggested the dog sit in the crate for 3 hours to hear if he sneezed which is ridiculous, but then I was charged 170 for my visit. It’s a real shame that this is how you guys now do business. When I first came you were all so welcoming and straight forward. I also got a ton of attitude from the receptionist We will be finding a new vet Sincerely disappointed Malcolm ford

The set-up to bring our pets during Covid-19 is well set up. It was easy to communicate thru text with the tech and the vet about my dog s issues during his exam, and to schedule an upcoming surgery. Appointments are scheduled out so there was room to park in the lot without a problem and just remain in my car. I felt like my pet s needs were met, and mine were met thru the social distancing protocols they have in place. Everyone there was patient and kind and took the extra time needed to ensure proper Covid-19 protocol. Thank you LAC!

The Doctor did not call during the exam . My dog was in and out in about two minutes, and I was given no information, nor was i given the opportunity to ask questions. After I called to complain later, a Doctor did call and apologized, so I assume this was an anomaly. If there was an emergency with another Dog or something, I understand and am sorry to hear, but I was hoping to have a more satisfying experience. All in all, a disappointing experience and certainly not worth 70 dollars.

Considering we’re in the middle of a global pandemic I think the service was exceptional. The previous veterinary clinic I had been taking my cat (Cleo) to for 6+ years refused to see her for such a “non-emergency” visit (vaccinations & temporary boarding) Fortunately your clinic was here and I was able to make an appointment on short notice. Some of these survey questions are difficult to answer fully considering the altered services because of Covid-19, but I look forward to meeting the staff and seeing the facilities next time Cleo needs a veterinary visit.
