Every visit is just too expensive. I was told I’d have to pay for a doctor visit in order to get rabies shots in January, but I just paid for doctor visits in July. The girls did their best by saying I won’t pay for a doctor visit in July. But I continually feel like I’m being upsold. I get asked to schedule an appointment for a vaccine I’ve declined every time we have contact with them.

Attentive and friendly. Took care and time to explain effective at home follow-on treatment.

1st Visit to this vet service. Very timely and professional. I would recommend.

Everyone was really kind, especially Dr. Farrell. I appreciated the way she explained options & clinical findings for Kaylee and the way she arranged referral for specialty care. Kaylee s condition escalated quickly, but we were able to get her the specialty care she needed thanks to Dr. Farrell s excellent clinical judgement and swift actions.

Excellent friendly care. Very considerate doctor and tech who made my cat feel surprisingly calm.

Alexis, the Vet Tech was EXCELLENT. She explained how to apply my cat’s claw caps as she did it. The caps are working great!

The vet was very friendly and warm toward our dog. We just moved to this town and are so glad we found a friendly, warm, caring, and knowledge vet for our fur baby.

We had just moved to the area and went to another vet, and they would not give me a prescription for a flea and tick med that I had from where I moved from and knew it worked great for 7 years that we used it for. Canyon Vet does not carry it, but I was able to order from their store and had no problem getting the prescription from them. They were very nice to me and my Bella. I will be staying with this vet for a long time.

So happy we left our other vet to try Canyon Vet. Erin is wonderful! Staff is also very friendly

I left an email for Dr. Farris the next day after my appt. with a couple of follow up questions I needed to know and never heard from her. No one ever explains the bill and I thought it to be exorbitant. I never get the same doctor, they never know Jenny, in the 2 years I’ve been coming I’ve had to change doctors 3 times, I probably won’t be returning. We have moved to San Antonio and will be looking for someone here. And there’s nothing the least bit friendly about the women behind the desk.

Grooming and boarding again would be excellent. You still say that you do grooming, doggy daycare and boarding. You might want to change that, as that is one of the reasons, besides the excellent attention and customer service.
