Everything was absolutely amazing. The only thing I would have liked would be written instructions on the medications because the shampoo instructions on the bottle were different then the verbal instructions. I felt the office did a great job and were very friendly.

They all were caring..friendly ...and compassionate.full of information for me.....Riley usually get very upset but for him this was a piece of cak÷.....my new Vet!!!!!

I was not aware that you now charge daycare for a half a day drop off. Your office has always been flexible with your clients who work and needing to leave an animal due to their working situations.

Our dog needed a new prescription for eye drops that we needed to order through the online pharmacy. We were a little confused about the amount we should order. My husband called and the staff was very helpful in giving directions on how we should order the medication.

North Valley Pet Hospital is the best veterinary service. Friendly, caring and love all pets and animals. Dr. Dean Has been our vet since day one and He and Dr. Kate are awesome.

For some reason I was not able to press the stars. But every area I would give 5 stars. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Office staff are friendly & professional. Vet does thorough exam of my dog & answers my questions.
