Hayley is 17 years old, with arthritis. She is well taken care of, Dr Kate and the staff, really are good with her and take care of her needs.

went for a neuter, was told drop off by 730am. Got there a lil early, doors locked.. dont even open until 730am wish I was told that before. Other then that.. it was all good.

No true emergency service. I had to wait 1 1/2 days to get my dog in and I was so scared she was going to bleed to death before then.

I was grateful for the help getting my 3 kitties in and back to the car when they got their nails trimmed!

Everyone from walking in to walking out were very friendly. The techs and Dr Dean are very caring and thorough explaining the illness of my dog (dog s).

I appreciate that they can get us in the same day that I call when Daisy is sick. Everyone there are very friendly. The vets are great.

I love the staff, time changed happened and I am from another state and they were so understanding that I had no idea I was late ?? I appreciated that so much. The beautiful gal that had my puppy was so nice and extremely patient with me on understanding the situation with my puppy as she needed more testing. I was so grateful and I just wanted to say thank you. My puppy is Bo and I appreciate all of you.

Even though I am usually terrified that my babies are sick (the main reason for having to come to you guys other than wing and nail care), it is always a great experience. I am always most impressed by how much time Dr. Dean always spends with us. It is very noticeable that he doesn’t try to run out to his next appointment and act waits until I have asked all my (nervous birdy mommy) questions. You just don’t see that with Dr.’s anymore and it is so appreciated. He is extremely knowledgeable and gentle with my delicate babies and that really puts me at ease. It is a bit difficult to get an appointment (which is understandable due to how wonderful Dr. Dean is), but I do like that I can usually call and nab someone’s canceled appointments and I can tell that the office staff genuinely tries to get us in when we have a medical issue. 5 ??’s and always 10/10. The only change I wish I could see is pricing for wing and nail clips. I have 4 baby conures and they all desperately need nail trims and are getting caught on things and it is really worrying me. But being disabled and on Disability, and the world going crazy right now, I just can’t afford to get them in for those nail trims. It wouldn’t be so bad except that it is a hazardous situation, not getting their nails done and I feel like a horrible birdy mama, simply because I can’t afford it. Maybe if there was some sort of discount day or way to make monthly payments (without having to apply for a line of credit, that I would not be approved for), for patients like us that have been with you guys for years, that would be absolutely amazing. Please ???? If you come up with some sort of program like these, like being able to make payments or a discount day, please let me know ??. Otherwise, I love you guys as a vet, to take care of my babies (my children and the loves of my life). Dr. Dean and everyone on the staff are absolutely amazing. Thank you for everything you do! Very helpful, friendly, kind, comforting, knowledgeable, compassionate, and just all around very wonderful experience all around. So grateful they were able to help her/us! Mazzy is feeling so much better because they helped her! We are so thankful for what they did for her/us!

Very impressed as to how Dr. Dean explained things to us. He was honest and upfront as to our little dog s situation. Very professional, and courteous. A real gentleman.

I had a minor but worrisome emergency with my dog. I was seen by the doctor within an hour of my first call for an appointment. We were very glad to find North Valley Pet. They will be our new regular vet.

Start to finish we received top notch, above and beyond service. We value that they did attempt to trim her nails but when she was petrified they backed off instead of causing more trauma. She will be back with some calming medicine to try again in a month, rhe staff were so professional and caring and explained everything to us after she came back out. We will refer you to everyone we can, wonderful staff who care about our Lilly as much as we do. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
