As always the staff is wonderful took Shiva in for Dental and I don’t recall the young ladies name that explained what her procedure was going to entail, she was very patient with me and told me she would be cleaning Shivas teeth and Dr. Dean would be doing the extractions. She was very professional and friendly… As always, Ashton is the best! after Shivas procedure she explained the after care.

To ask us to wear a mask at this point in time, when their are no mask mandates is ridiculous and offensive!!

So nice to know when we need a Sophie to be seen you are always there for her.

I m so confused. As I m in the hospital myself at the moment, someone else brought her in for me and her diagnosis/prognosis is 100 % different than I was originally led to believe. I just can t bring myself to let her cross the bridge yet.

Did not help and said they could not do surgery on an eye a very serious situation for 2 weeks. This facility does not seem to care about animals considering it is an animal clinic. My family and I are native here and used to go to this facility when dr Pam was there. We have left and use advanced animal care as our primary. This is huge reminder why

We have a high anxiety cat. At our previous vist before this one, we were reccomended to get a calming collar, which has woked very well howvere, did not work at all durning the vist. While there we were given some wonderful advise on how to deal with our cat and how we can help her with her next visit. As well as how to help with the other cat who seems to be a tiny bit of a bully but may just be bored. Thank you very much!

Dr Goulbourn was wonderful. The two who helped Dr Goulborn were great. Dr. answered all questions. Take great care of my dogs.

My dogs have been a patient of theirs for over 10 years. During this time period I have dealt with their entire staff and found them all to be extremely caring for my pets. They also displayed knowledge, patient skills and compassion where needed. Both doctors are very knowledgeable in their medical expertise and I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to have their pet taken care of.

If you want to force your customers to wear masks, perhaps the woman behind the desk playing enforcer should have her mask on appropriately and not hanging on her chin.

Got right in at our appointment time. Very thorough with the exam and no complaints. We will continue to bring our pets here.

I have 4 cats and all go to North Valley Pet Hospital. We have lived here since 2012 and have only used this facility. The people there are truly concerned about your pets and the pet owner also. The vets there has a special feeling for animals and are great with the animals. I have used the boarding and went on vacation without a worry as I knew my pets would be take are of. The Pet Hospital is always clean and the staff work hard to keep it that way. The check in and out is handled with skill and politeness. Won’t take my animals anywhere else but North Valley Pet Hospital.
