Everything is great here I’ve been going here though 4 dogs which is about 34 years,,they were all flatcoated retrievers,& for each one I was very well taken care of & each dog was special to me & you cared for each one even putting them to sleep when the time came,,now Abby is a little more difficult cause she crys so much here but you guys all do well with her,thanks for your care. It’s hard to wait to be seen cause of her crying & barking.so getting her on time is appreciated.

I have been I would have to reschedule because I was 10 to 15 minutes late, but with no one else in the office with an 8 oclock appointment, it was more than 45 minutes before I saw the vet.

The vet techs are amazing with my conure. Always mindful of his stress level during grooming. The office staff are always on top of appointments, billing and schedualing. I did have some concern with the level of toxic fumes in the office area during my last visit. When I told them about my concern they did get me in an exam room away from the adhesive fumes that were being applied to the reception area counters. For most animals the adhesive fumes would not be an issue. For a 60 gram bird it could be an issue. One final shout out to the vets who have been so gentle with and caring with our little conure Loki.

This Wet is by far my favorite in the area! My dog Max needed his second knee surgery recently and they once again not only did his surgery but kept him several weeks afterwards doing his aftercare and physical therapy and confinement that he needed to heal properly. I could not do this because of my work schedule and they took The best care of Max! I visited on my days off brought him food and treats and would recommend North Valley pet hospital and Dr. Dean especially to anyone! I am very grateful and thankful for their services!
