I assumed, which was wrong on my part, that a repeat of Cooper s was just for his liver. Another full panel was performed and our bill was $200+. Just thought it was a bit excessive but love your services and staff!

Dr Dean was great. He took the time to explain everything to me about Puddys care. It’s also nice to be able to see a veterinarian on a Saturday. I just wish dental care wasn’t so expensive. Since I have no choice, I’ll be making an appointment on Monday morning for the dental procedure.

The wait time for an appointment was nearly two months as a new patient. However, it was well worth the wait. Considering the COVID restrictions, it was amazing. The staff was friendly and courteous. The doctor conferred with us via telephone and was absolutely wonderful. We are very pleased to have Gus as a patient. We are confident he will receive the best care available!!!

I know this is a difficult time, but it is not the same as when owners could be face time with our VET. Not anyone s fault, just saying, I liked it much better when I could come in WITH my pet to speak directly with Dr/ Kate.

I know we have a pandemic, but discussing my pet s issues via phone just doesn t cut it. We might have been able to do blood work if we had been in there since she was so agitated.

No one explained the bill. And I never went in a room. I was told to wait outside. I m alittle disappointed the wait time was excessive. He has a growth on ear. No one cleaned his ear to see if it was an infected oil gland. And as far as the main concern growth in mouth. I was told $1,100.00 - $1,700.00 to further check into what it was. We were hoping it was just a long day. All our previous visits including 2 euthanasias every one was compassionate and explained things. We definitely will stay with you guys. You still are the best.

I was not allowed in the Office because of Covid, I did not like the fact I could not see the Vet to ask questions and tell her about my dog. I would not have made an appointment if I knew we were not allowed in....Paul Anania
