Because of the excessive price for dental work, I will not bring my dogs back for dental work. I ll make the drive to Las Vegas. I pay 50% less for dental care in Las Vegas. It is sad that the cost is so excessive that many pets needing dental care will not receive it. You are pricing yourself out of the pet care business and into the pet luxury business.

Office facilities were unseen this visit since the office was closed to patients (Covid19). All personnel met outside and took our pets inside the building without their humans. All staff are consistently courteous, caring, and very thorough. We love North Valley Pet Hospital!

I want to know when the front lobby opens to public since coronavirus started and the office is closed but only employees can get in, public cant get in. So now I want to know when it will open to public again.

Love the fact they caught an ear infection on our little guy, contacted us and treated, he’s seems so happy :) pretty attentive bunch!

.Besides having to wait in a hot car, which I fully understand. The staff was trying to make a bad situation better which they should be recognized for.

I am very concerned about the service. My cat, Nermal is still groggy, not eating after she went in to be shaved on Saturday. She also has a large cut on her back leg that we were not told about and the cut was rough, I am not worried about the looks, just the cut, and her grogginess. I am not able to pay for another vet visit. She has not eaten in 24 hours and drinking little. I am very concerned.

Although we couldn t go in with our dog, the person who got and returned him took the time to answer my questions fully even though it meant standing outside in the heat. She was extremely friendly. We are new to this clinic and are glad we found it.

Because of COVID, I wasn’t able to go inside the facility.

My favorite Vet in town! All of my animals have been there. From birds, dogs, and cats. Dr. Dean and his wife are good people!

With the current COVID guidelines in place we call from the parking lot when we arrive, a staff member picks Bentley up from the car, treats him and returns him to us. Well organized, courteous, understanding-staff is great!

Did not go inside but facilities have been clean in the past. Dr took a lot of time in talking with me about my dogs disease and end of life. Very much appreciated!!!

After my wife and I both said we liked our visit, any problems with my fussy dog were averted because they knew what they were doing. My comment to my wife was, yea, it makes a difference when you go to the professionals That said it all.

First time at a vets - difficult due to covid 19 precautions and not being able to enter the facility, but I felt our pet was well cared for and the staff are friendly and caring.

This was the first time that I dealt with a drive up vet. visit. But then again we are in strange times. Everything was fine and very well organized. Keep up the good work and thank you. Hopefully we be able to get back to some kind of normalcy soon.

We are very satisfied with all of the medical staff and their thoroughness and kindness. The ONLY reason for the answers to question 1 and 6 was because of the lockdown situation. I will always recommend you if I know of someone who is looking for a vet for their fur babies.

Dr Kate is great and so is her staff, they aren’t looking to break your bank with unnecessary test

Even with the Covid19 going on everyone was professional and quick to get pets in. It wasn’t a inconvenience to wait in our cars. It’s always a great place!

I have been taking my pets here since 2012 and have had no problems with the people at the facility. The vets are great and really care about your pets. I would suggest North Valley Pet Hospital to anyone and feel they would love the way they are treated and their pets.

With the world today, Thanks for adapting so quickly. My new wild puppy got off his leash getting in the car, and 3-4 vet techs were on the scene with support for us and the puppy. I will take my dogs to North Valley as long as North Valley takes my dogs.

Amazing! We were very nervous about our dog going in alone with how he is. He did great and everyone is so friendly and informative and caring. The dr was very nice and informative and took his time over the phone to answer any questions we had. And a shout out to Nicholette (an old friend) who got us in on an urgent scenario.
