Would have enjoyed it much more if the girl who brought my pup back out would have had gloves on, also the Worker who brought paper work and credit card back would have been better had she wore gloves etc. the tech who took Alex from the car originally very professional and using gloves, scrubs etc and super sweet to this 13 wk old pup. Will do this again in 3 wks, the whole concept was a great idea just needs more precautions... I should have prepaid over the phone I will next time Thanks Dr Dean

They no longer carry the Ocubright I have been giving my dog. Closest place to get it now is Kingman. Only sold by vets offices. As for the office visit, everything was excellent as usual.

Dr Dean was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions.

Little disappointed as this was a yearly check up and didn t check temperature or ears. Could he have had a cold or allergy that caused his minor cough? Did find a minor heart murmmer that had never been mentioned in the 10 years he has been your patient

Dr Kate was awesome with me. Even getting us in for surgery in a non surgery day. Staff is always helpful and kind to all the animals in their office.

When i Had arrived there was an emergency and the staff jumped in to take care of it right away and I was amazed with the calmness and cool that they displayed as if it was no big deal. I think I was more upset than they were..it set my appointment time back a bit but I was quite okay with it. GOOD JOB....
