We were really impressed with the quick and efficient way the staff handled the visit due to the Covid19 issue. Dr Kate was thorough and came up with a treatment that was not only correct but fast. In just one day our bulldog, Sadie went from scratching non- stop to zero scratching. Great Vet & staff.

They are always there for my puppies when I need them with the best care....explain everything and follow through with follow ups as needed. My puppies love them too.

I actually liked the wait in the car till it was time to be seen. I really appreciate the time Dr Kate spends with you. Never feel rushed and she answers all your questions.

You were amazing handling our emergency in the midst of the virus. Safe, quick, and organized.

Would have enjoyed it much more if the girl who brought my pup back out would have had gloves on, also the Worker who brought paper work and credit card back would have been better had she wore gloves etc. the tech who took Alex from the car originally very professional and using gloves, scrubs etc and super sweet to this 13 wk old pup. Will do this again in 3 wks, the whole concept was a great idea just needs more precautions... I should have prepaid over the phone I will next time Thanks Dr Dean

They no longer carry the Ocubright I have been giving my dog. Closest place to get it now is Kingman. Only sold by vets offices. As for the office visit, everything was excellent as usual.
