It was the most incredible experience ever. Especially since I was so worried as to what was wrong with my dog Harley. Everyone was incredible. Love this place!!

I called for an appointment at 0800 and you gave me a 0905 appointment time which was awesome. I came in a few minutes early to fill out first time paperwork then waited till 0945 to see the Dr. What was puzzling was having 6 patients arrive after I arrived and after 0905 and they were seen before I was, so my question is, Why? Once in the exam room both the assistant and Dr were great!

It was very busy and the staff did a great job.

We brought in both of our large breed dogs and we’re very happy with your office. Our dogs were their regular anxious selves and the staff is fantastic. The Dr took time to answer the many questions we had because we’re very new to the desert. Thank you!!

This vet office was the best I’ve ever been to! The bill wasn’t outrageous and they were able to see my dog for an emergency visit the same day! My poor dog was taken care of so well and was helped and made better in the same day! I recommend this office to anyone and everyone! The staff was amazing and nice and welcoming and the doctor was kind and gentle! Made me feel at ease the whole visit! I will be only using this vet from now on!

I had made an appointment 3 weeks prior to the date but waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen with no explanation to the wait. I know the office is busy and has alot of fur patients but my time is also valuable.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. The doctor answers your questions honestly and shows love and concern for your pets. Thank you very much for being honest.

I would suggest a pricing list to be available for owners coming in for regular services. It would have mitigated the shock of the bill. But service was excellent and the hospital is near my home.

Although my hubby took Cashew in without me, when they returned home both were smiling! Dale reported that they were seen soon after arrival, all is well withCashew s health and dental well being, and she is not overweight - which I am paranoid about. Cashew is a living companion and always has good experiences when she has her check ups. Keep up the good work!

Complete disregard for their client s time. We had an appointment and arrived early. We still had to wait 35-40 mins to get into a room, and it was an hour after that the vet came in to spend 3 minutes with us. We were late for work. Awful. I m considering going to another vet office because this is not the first time this has happened, and I ve been going here for 6 year. Shame on me for tolerating it this long.

I had an appointment with a tech at 2:45. I arrived a couple minutes before, was greeted by the staff, sat down and before I even had my dog settled to wait was called by the tech that she was ready for us to go to an exam room. She took some information, did what I had brought my dog in for and we were out the door in about 15 minutes. Great service. Thanks.

Went for check as we are new to the area. Front staff was very welcoming. We saw Dr Kate and she was great. I had a few questions and she took her time in explaining her answers. Left with few printouts.

Everyone was wonderful! I was not ace aware about the cost however that was my bad for not asking. I was just concerned for my pet and failed to do so. Very happy to have found this facility!
