Love the way everyone has a specific task and does it. Also, we have boarded our three dachshunds several times and were very pleased and confident with their care. Well done!

They had several emergencies before I arrived with my dog. I do not mind waiting under those circumstances because if my dogs needed emergency treatment I would want them seen ASAP. Nobody likes waiting but sometimes it just works out that way. The staff and doctor went out of their way to accommodate all those waiting.

Since moving here in 2018 we were worried about finding a good Veterinarian for our dog, well we did, we love your office and could not ask for a better place to take our shepherd. Thank you

I had a farm call to run coggins and health certificate. Dr was amazing, thorough and I appreciate how she was knowable about the process.

I asked one of the office staff about a coupon for the person who referred me to the office and she didn t know what I was talking about. I had to call the office manager the next day to inquire if the person who referred me to your office was going to get a discount on his next visit or not.

Dr Kate was wonderful. She was so good with Ash.

Charges getting to hi on limited income for seniors

As ALWAYS, we and our Pups are treated with the highest regard. There are just two things that will hopefully be constructive input. 1). Since Mom & Dad did not stay during the exam, we would have liked to receive a report with results of the exam......whether it be verbal or written. We will be calling but hopefully no news is good news. 2). When we dropped them off for shots and exams, (to be picked up later), we did not realize we would be charged boarding and would have liked to know. ALL else is THE BEST at North Valley.....we could not be happier and wish you had a location in Lake Havasu...*_*

Everyone was very nice and Veterinarian was sweet to my 4-month-old Yorkies, shots were given slow allowing them time to adjust, given treats to offset being in a different setting before their shots. I like I got tags the same day. I appreciated the free exams given for AKC Thank you,
