As ALWAYS, we and our Pups are treated with the highest regard. There are just two things that will hopefully be constructive input. 1). Since Mom & Dad did not stay during the exam, we would have liked to receive a report with results of the exam......whether it be verbal or written. We will be calling but hopefully no news is good news. 2). When we dropped them off for shots and exams, (to be picked up later), we did not realize we would be charged boarding and would have liked to know. ALL else is THE BEST at North Valley.....we could not be happier and wish you had a location in Lake Havasu...*_*

Everyone was very nice and Veterinarian was sweet to my 4-month-old Yorkies, shots were given slow allowing them time to adjust, given treats to offset being in a different setting before their shots. I like I got tags the same day. I appreciated the free exams given for AKC Thank you,

It was the most incredible experience ever. Especially since I was so worried as to what was wrong with my dog Harley. Everyone was incredible. Love this place!!

I called for an appointment at 0800 and you gave me a 0905 appointment time which was awesome. I came in a few minutes early to fill out first time paperwork then waited till 0945 to see the Dr. What was puzzling was having 6 patients arrive after I arrived and after 0905 and they were seen before I was, so my question is, Why? Once in the exam room both the assistant and Dr were great!

It was very busy and the staff did a great job.

We brought in both of our large breed dogs and we’re very happy with your office. Our dogs were their regular anxious selves and the staff is fantastic. The Dr took time to answer the many questions we had because we’re very new to the desert. Thank you!!

This vet office was the best I’ve ever been to! The bill wasn’t outrageous and they were able to see my dog for an emergency visit the same day! My poor dog was taken care of so well and was helped and made better in the same day! I recommend this office to anyone and everyone! The staff was amazing and nice and welcoming and the doctor was kind and gentle! Made me feel at ease the whole visit! I will be only using this vet from now on!

I had made an appointment 3 weeks prior to the date but waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen with no explanation to the wait. I know the office is busy and has alot of fur patients but my time is also valuable.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. The doctor answers your questions honestly and shows love and concern for your pets. Thank you very much for being honest.

I would suggest a pricing list to be available for owners coming in for regular services. It would have mitigated the shock of the bill. But service was excellent and the hospital is near my home.
