My only concern is that my pet has been going to North Valley for quite a few years and I was always able to get him in for a blood glucose test within a couple of days. Then last spring when I tried to get him in for a glucose check I would not be able to get an appointment for two weeks. That is not acceptable when I know his blood sugar is too high. A blood check only takes a few minutes and can be done by a tech. Therefore I expect to be able to get it done within a couple of days, not weeks. I hope in the future I can get Bucky in for a glucose check if necessary because it could be a matter of life or death.

I called first and thought the urgency was explained but I was told I had to wait until Friday to be seen (Saturday morning call)Monday morning after no sleep, I got to see a vet because I came in face to face. Might explain to future patience your emergency policy and how to best tell the operator what is happening.

Was disappointed the forms filled out on-line were not found and had to fill them out again. Information we had requested in regards to hearguard and flea/tick medication was not written down so we could price shop as the vet had suggested.
