Dr. Kate was very good. The entire staff was supportive, professional, and friendly. We always have a good experience there and Cashew was excited to go for her exam and tolerated her injections well. She even got some face time with other dogs in the waiting area.

This was my first visit to the Pet Hospital and they treated me like family. Very sweet to my dog. They are all very caring. The Dr. was excellent, very informative in layperson s terms. The use of modern technology with files, sharing xray s etc is great.

I am on the monthly maintenance program and I always have to the them after I hear the amount for shots. Their system should already tell them this.

I like both Dr. Kate and Dr. Dean. They always take time with Pixi and always help with any problem she has. It is so great that she has her pills for her incontinent problem. What a blessing for Pixi and me!

I love the convenience of making the appointment online. It was great my dog was seen quickly, but the wait time in the exam room was very long (45 minutes).

I understand that around the time of my appointment, I overheard a lady on her phone telling someone what was happening, her family was dealing with the loss of their valued pet. Perhaps an battery operated candle with a sign to let people in the waiting area understand when the candle is lit, someone is saying goodbye to a loved family member. This would explain any delay and let them know that their patience is appreciated.

My dog is not very people friendly and I was not sure what to expect his behavior to be at his appointment. I was very surprised that he was actually people friendly towards the vet assistant as well as the vet. Thank you for making my fur baby feel special.

Your light anesthetic made my boy terribly sick till 1:30am. Please make a note in his file. This happened before and I thought you blocked it from him.

I wasn t thrilled I had to create a 2nd sign in and password for the Pharmacy. It would have been nice just to use the same one I created for our original account. Other than that, you guys are great. We received our order today. Thank you...

Great Facility we always have great service at North Valley. We ve been taking our Shitzu for 8 year, we board her and get her checkup/shots/surgery at this facility. There staff is always loving to our MIA. Thank you!!
