I just want to mention that the girl that took us to the back and went over the procedure seemed annoyed when I asked a question. She said “you have to say yes or no and sign”. I didn’t feel she explained things but was happy that the vet took the time to explain things to me regarding the need to resuscitate if needed. Thanks ??

We were an emergency walk-in. The staff were all wonderful. They saw us right away and explained everything they wanted to do & why, as well as all potential charges. I called the next with a few follow up questions and they were great on the phone as well.

We like the opportunity and convenience of accessing vet services at a satellite location.
