I know you discontinued mailing out anything for clients but for rural loyal customers who live an hour away this needs to be reconsidered because this was a very handy option if we just needed medicine in tablet form for our animals.

I always find this clinic to be very expensive. They should be making it affordable to get medical care for your animals

All the staff have always been very kind and caring to my dogs and me. Love them all

I wish you had a barn cat program. A discount to get them spayed and neutered and also discounts for needles and deworming medications.

Fantastic experience for us and for our new puppy. My ten year old was treated like gold and was included the entire process which was awesome. We would definitely recommend this clinic!

My cat ?? needs a tranquilizers before going to the vet and last year he was still a little brat but this year he was calm and awesome. We went on feline day we had a little time to relax in the room for him to settle in. His vet (sorry bad with names)and tech were wonderful calm and peaceful he was actually very well behaved. Thank you.

#1-4 were 5s, but I can t tell if that shows as there was no change in the stars??? Thanks for the delicious lunch . Enjoyed chatting with most of the staff that was in attendance. I think customer appreciation day is a great idea AND from what I observed, well received. Purr-fect Job everyone. We find that the staff are very friendly and really take an interest in our dog when we bring him in. They are very helpful when we have questions and they keep us up to date on different things we should know to keep our dog healthy and happy

I am totally impressed with this establishment and the care my pet and I receive. All your employees are most helpful and caring. That is why I changed vets. I am thankful some people actually are concerned with customer service. It justifies the costs incurred.

Staff are awesome and I have full trust in the care they have given all my pets in the past and ongoing! Very lucky to have this vet clinic in our community!

The first assistant I seen I got the feeling that she did not seem to have as much passion and caring that I have experienced from the rest of the staff. I have enjoyed dealing with the vet and with the other two assistants on many different occassions.
