I love this animal hospital.The entire staff is friendly,knowledgeable and patient.It s very expensive but worth the care and kindness.

I felt really relax the costumer services was great, every one was nice and I was treated well with respect. I was thirsty they gave me a bottle of water I truly appreciated that, Dr. Jackie called me at home and told me my dog lab results were all good. Thanks ??

They were poop in the parking area coming and going. Maybe signs should be posted to remind customers to pick up after their dog. Also Karen was super nice and professional.

Dr Denise was great with my very shy dog. She sat on the floor and spent time getting to know her.

Prices too high for nail cutting. We are regulars there.

We waited 30 minutes to see the Dr. The dog we brought loves going there. Our other dog would have been out of her mind waiting that long!

I was quoted a price on $26.00 (for Dremel nail cut for my dog) however, when came time to pay I was told it’s now $31.00. I am living on limited income at the moment. I need to know EXACT PRICES prior, to service! I intended to tip $5.00 but, could not because the EXTRA $5.00 was tack onto my bill.

I love Dr. Jack!! He truly loves animals and it shows with how he was with my dog. When I see that, I know I can trust that my dog is in the best of hands!

I would appreciate a complimentary nail trim for my dog when I bring my pet in for her annual exam , shots, and meds.

We came in because our dog was hit in the face by a shunk. All the vet keep saying was maybe someone gave him something on Christmas that upset his stomach. No one was over for the holidays. Also she pulled the flap of his ears up and said very clean ears. They were not clean. First time we were not really happy with the vet.

the woman that waited on me was very rude, she told me I had a past due bill and would not let me explain the day she said i didnt pay i was working but i paid anyway

I observed that ALL staff were professional in interacting with the clients and their pet. Much attention was given to my pet cat in the exam room while talking to the owner.

I did make an appointment, but I have a feeling it was not in your books, but no problem it was handled. I am sorry I don t remember the team members name, she was working the counter alone at the time. Your printer was broke and she had to run in the back a lot. There were a lot of phone calls which she handled pleasantly. She was on top of things in a very pleasant manner considering. She acted very professionally the whole time we were in office. She continued to have a pleasant express on her face the whole time, so professional. Value her!! Therese Lau

We’ve been coming to MAC for the past 20 years and I can just say Max and Mia and the staff knows them. Don’t know if there are cheaper places and don’t care. We are happy every time

I began coming to Markham many pets and several decades ago with the Sr Dr Hoogeweg. Your staff is always amazing, extremely pleasant, patient and smiling. I feel confident and comfortable bringing my pets for exams and boarding and know they are in good and competent hands. Even losing pets was less difficult because I always felt confident decisions were made for the well being of my furry friends. Thank you for that.

I was wondering as I was driving home from the Vet visit. Can the Vet bill be paid in advance? Instead of a $500 or $600 bill as the end of the visit? Sharrol
