I brought three kittens on Thursday and saw the mail doctor. I never met him before. He was clearly very interested in cats and kittens and gave good care. On Friday I brought my much older cat and saw one of the female doctors I think her first name is Sarah. She is lovely. She also gave very good care and asked me good questions and talk to me about the cat s health and a few options. I really like her very very much and I ve always appreciated the care she s giving my pets. She s helped them when they were pregnant, when they were kittens, as they grew through the years to age 19 and even when it was time to have them put to sleep. I m very grateful for the care she s given. Both doctors were very good. I usually don t even request a specific doctor. Although I may request there in the future because I feel a connection to her. She always acts like she couldn t be happier than to see my pets. But clearly both doctors were very very good

Lovely people, but I felt that it was expensive. I live on a fixed income and it s always a little tight. But Butch and Kobe are definitely worth the financial struggle their immunization costs cause. I m satisfied and will continue to use this Vet.

It took an hour waiting to be seen. My dog was very anxious and super stressed by the time to doctor came in... Waiting was not impressive as a new client. But the doctor was extremely nice and very focused on trying to help calm my dog down. It s different when people have to wait to be seen at doctor office. But animals don t understand. There has to be ways to help with that.. even the offer of some water or something.

One medicine was not provided so had to go back to get it

Great friendly staff. The vets I see are always friendly and take time to answer any question.

I am very pleased with the care and service I receive for my pets. They are always relaxed and excited to see and work with the doctors and staff.

As always, the Staff and Doctors especially Dr. Willis are extremely supportive,Polite and helpful.

although the mouse would not let me grade...answer to questions 1-5 were excellent. have appreciated the thoughtfulness and kindness given to my pets over the past 20 plus years. dr sarah and staff are superb

The techs and the veterinarian were patient and professional. They answered all our questions and made our dogs feel as comfortable as possible. We have three large German shepherds and they were seen in succession with no issues. Thanks for all you guys do.

The wait time was more than 30 minutes it would have been nice to have gotten an update or at least notified that I hadn’t been forgotten. I felt like the vet was rushed and did not do a very thorough exam of my pet. There is potentially something very seriously wrong and after getting home I discovered more of a similar symptom in another place. She was very focused on the one spot but wish she had examined him a bit more

The table was dirty. I could see paw prints on the table and evidence of those paws smearing across the table.

Close to two hours to get two shots in 5 minutes. I changed schedules I thought to help out. Almost had to leave. It will be better next time I am sure!

Dr. Viehlbig and Dr. Schmidt are the greatest.

Dr Sarah was awesome! I brought in my pup that was having an allergic reaction and was having breathing issues. I was able to make one quick phone call and get her in. I’ve been a client for years and this is why I return!

I love Lebanon Animal Hospital. Their staff and Veterinarians are excellent and go beyond caring for my animals. They treat them with respect and gentleness always. I highly recommend them.

I was frustrated with the communications between myself as the client, the vet, the assistant, and the receptionist. The vet answered questions i had about a quote for my dogs tooth extraction, i verified what the vet said with the assistant, then when i took that info to the receptionist she disagreed with me so she checked with the vet who told her different from what i was told.
