This was the first time I have not been invited into a room with my animal for an appointment. I missed this as it is always an opportunity to ask questions and build a relationship with the vet. It was also noted that Daisy didn’t respond well to her check up And I feel like this may have been easier for her had I been there with her. It was recommended that I work with her feet more which is a great recommendation. When I got home I trimmed her nails on all paws with no problem so this was a stress for her to not have me there. Was this still a Covid protocol? Faster appointments? Otherwise all is well. Love you all and how you make us feel when we visit. Thank you

You take such good care of my creature. My only wish is that there was a better in/out such that my pet doesn t have to walk by other animals waiting or children wanting to pet him. This increases anxiety and distressed in already distressed animals. But, buildings are built how they are....that s a tough one to change and not unique to your practice.

Sometimes it s frustrating to have testing results relayed through a technician vs. the vet, if there are additional questions.

I am so thankful for the team at Barr-North Vet. I was so scared after my dog got attacked at a nearby campground, but they took my pup in immediately even though they were a half hour from closing on a Saturday. They checked him over and went above and beyond explaining his injuries and prescribed medication to a concerned dog mom!

Thankyou for all that you do!!! Thankyou for seeing Zoey after hours and getting her all fixed up and feeling better quickly!

Having a nervous dog can make it hard to find a good vet office. The techs and vets there have always been good with him and that gives me peace of mind bringing him in
