I m really not happy with the inability to see the vet with my pet. I don t mind wearing a mask if it s for health protocol post Covid but not being present when one of my pets is being examined and treated is stressful to both myself and my pet.

Your clinic has been so professional and kind. Our first visit to your clinic was when our frenchie was full of allergies. You treated me with compassion when I was in a panic. I also brought our English bulldog “Dickie” for a second opinion and X-ray and although it wasn’t the outcome when hoped for, once again shared the devastating news in a private room with me. A week later we received a sympathy card, our own hometown vet never did and they had put Dickie down. Recently our horse needed meds and last min was able to get treated in the same day. Thank you ????

Great, friendly staff. Offered to give my dog( not visiting that day) a medication that needed to be applied to skin, which I couldn’t do, because of a hand injury. Dogs broke my finger rushing to go in- not usual reaction to vet clinic! 50 years a client!

We are new to the vet as we recently moved into the area. I found it odd that we were not in an examination room with the vet and our dog. This is new to us as past vets we were able to be face to face with the vet as the examination and vaccinations were completed - being able to answer questions and have discussions.

Amazing staff. My hairless cat Chanel and my dog Rocco had dental work done.They were taken care of and staff even called to let us know they found a cracked Molar on are pup. Worth the drive from Edmonton. Busy place and that says a lot. We will be back.

Everything was fabulous. I wasn t able to select the stars above. Dr. Isobel answered the emergency line immediately and was able to walk me through my concerns and come up with a plan. Holly was able to check us in early Monday morning, she remembered us and our fur babies. She was able to get Kochanie in not only for her lip augmentation aka stitches but also move up her spay so that Kochanie did not have to undergo anesthesia twice. She organized as well to have her tattooed and microchipped. She had quite the day at the Barnorth spa. A whole new girl.
