Super friendly staff and excellent service

Only problem- you’re too good.! Was worried about Jazz’s leg, and earliest appointment was several weeks away. Holly kindly got me in on a cancellation. Almost 50 years with Barr-North. Bring out the cake!!

Staff is super friendly, Dr Cerah is amazing, Breeze is already feeling softer and seems to be in less pain.

It is hard to get in to see a vet unless an appointment has been made at least three weeks in advance. This is sometimes difficult to do if a pet unexpectedly gets ill. I thoroughly appreciate how dedicated our vets are and realize they have families and commitments. I would like to see another vet join the team.

None! Staff is always kind and welcoming. My questions are always answered and procedures and medications always explained in detail. I never feel rushed and it’s affordable! I drive the hour+ outside of Edmonton because even with the gas and time considered it doesn’t break the bank to love my dog and get him the attention he needs when he needs it.

The service and staff are great, they are very informative and treat our pets with care. The only concern I have is that it took over a month to get him in for his appointment, which seemed a bit long. Other then that it was great service, thank for taking great care of our boy!

The only negative thing I can say about Barr North is that it is an hour away from us. Dr. Cerah and all the staff are always wonderful, even when the news are bad. Honest, straight forward and kind, we always know our animals get the best care possible and we get the most honest feedback.thank you for your work, we really appreciate it!

We have been very pleased bringing our pets to you guys for the last 30 years. We are moving permanently to Vancouver Island so will have to find a new vet there, we hope we can find one that is good as you guys. Thank you.

Amazing staff, and very accommodating. We love their staff, and feel very valued as customers.

Vet appointments have a lot more value to me when you see the vet and vet tech with the animal. I hope this is a temporary change for Covid as I would be looking for a different vet if it was permanent.

We visit every month from Whitecourt and it is 100% worth the drive. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcome our Beagle with open arms. Everyone knows who he is and do a great job of making us feel at home. Dr Cerah is amazing, knowledgeable and very personable. We appreciate that she takes the time to get to know you and truly cares. She seems to always remember the little things :)

Staff are more then accommodating and that is the reason I keep going back

The staff were very friendly and efficient. I do hope that at some point I will once again be able to accompany my pet to the exam room and have direct contact with the veterinarian.
