I had a lot of questions, all the staff took time to answer my questions. The appointment was not rushed. I loved the fact that I was able to accompany our kitten in the examination room. We received excellent care. Thank you!

More appts available would be helpful. I know the clinic is getting busier as it is a good place to take your pet. Due to an infection I would like to have been able to get in sooner

As usual our appointment with dr cerah was great. She is so good with animals and explains everything really well.

I can t even stress how much I appreciated that, because I was really fearing the worst at the time due to past experience with my former boy, Sultan , and my fears and emotions were getting the better of me. I can breathe again now, knowing that Spartacus is not only on the mend, and healthy (despite some allergy issues), but also in great hands and has several incredible veterinarians looking after him (firstly), and also me (secondly)!!
