Extremely caring and helpful staff, even when its crazy busy they take the time to answer all questions and help with whatever you need.

Pet parents should be allowed in with their pets, if everyone’s wearing a mask there should be nothing to stop that from happening

Everything was great with our visit particularly in light of the Covid situation. It would have been much better and less stressful if we could have attended our dog s treatment/vaccination. Everything was great just like it always is

Staff was friendly and our vet dr was informative. I was upset that we waited in the parking lot for 2.5 hours and never received a call our dog was ready we were told we would get a call. Only upon calling did we find out he had been done for awhile. We did not get to deal with staff because of this covid crap.

I m obviously not smart enough to be able to pick excellent for all my choices. I was very happy with the service and care that I received. I am very happy with Dr Martha, and I feel that when I come to your clinic, that I have a whole family of help. Thank you from Gin and I.

I was very pleased with the effort Janet put into arranging the appointment for Evelyn. She had to do some rearranging to fit my schedule, thank-you very much. Upon arrival I was informed that I might have to wait a bit, but I was taken in almost right away. Both Dr. Martha and her helper were very competent and confident. I brought in a large horse who had an eye injury and just her sheer size could be unnerving, these ladies were undaunted. Dr. Martha was very thorough and I appreciated Dr. Bowyer s input as well. This is a difficult situation and Evelyn has been less than cooperative as I am sure it hurts her. Some days I need additional patience with her myself. I love her but she is trying my patience. Thank-you all very much. I am on a very limited budget and appreciated the bill at the end for I know extra time was given to me and I appreciated that. Sorry if I made others wait.

All the people working at Barrnorth are super nice, helpful and efficient. We are going to be always grateful for what Dr. DERK and all the personnel did for Ruby a few years ago, and now when she needed the best and fastest attention she got it.

Dirk came out for a farm visit to look at our horse Chance. Dirk is always super friendly and wonderful in his care and concern. We are so lucky to have him and all the other staff members here in Barrhead. Always great service.

None of the stars worked, so i would like to say how please I was with how Luke and I were welcomed and treated. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Your staff are terrific. I wonder why it takes so long everytime it comes to the till-this is a bit picky but my only complaint would be it takes a long time to pay the actual bill.

It is important to be able to speak to the vet after the appointment as it isnt, quite understandably, possible to be present for the actual appointment due to covid restrictions. Therefore if a request is made to do so it is important the staff member passes on the request at the time of registration
