Love this vet clinic.

One thing I have noticed is that, more often than not, when I call on the phone I am placed on hold. I have been forgotten on hold once or twice, and have had to hang up and call back. I am not sure if this could be changed, because I think in store customers should come first before phone calls. However, it is a bit of a problem when you call an establishment and begin to expect that they will immediately put you on hold. So far though, we have had a good experience with Barr North.

After hours visit for quills. Couldn t ask for better service.

As always my horses love coming to see Cerah for chiro. Kandi feels great after seeing her and we look forward to the next time. Covid protocols were in place.

From the first time we’ve come to The Barr-North Clinic, the entire staff has been very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. It’s like coming home to family.

not cheap but service was great

The clinic was beautiful and clean. The staff at the front end were kind and polite. However I was very disappointed that I didn’t get the opportunity to actually talk to the Dr myself. I left with my dog unsure that the vet was fully aware of my concerns, and my answers while answered to the best of the ability of the front end staff were not answered by the Dr. I brought my dog in because his anal glands have been leaking for the last few weeks and I was worried about a rupture and possible infection. I was charged for an exam and anal gland expression (which had been previously done twice in the last couple of weeks and was not why I was there). The person checking me out assured me that the glands were expressed but couldn’t answer my concerns about why there has been constant anal leaking. She just repeated that the vet had no concerns, but didn’t seem to understand the degree of my concern. She didn’t offer to get the vet for me, but did suggest deworming him. Honestly, I drove home feeling sick to my stomach, because I still don’t know if the vet was even aware of why my dog was even there.

It was great, Cerah is wonderful with the animals.

Is it possible to have the humans wear masks and be able to go in with their pets? I also like that dr cerah came out to explain procedure done with bandit??

Barr-North staff are awesome They are gentle and compassionate I’ve had them deal with my Dogs,Cows and Horses Dr Chris is very accurate on preg testing the cows And even recommend my clients to Dr Sara for Acupuncture and Chiropractics on there horses Brenda Belanger Director with CQHA

My dogs are my babies and I was very concerned about not being able to go in with them. The young vet tech that helped me when we showed up was very understanding and she made my Cane Corso think he was playing a game. My Lab is grumbly old man and they still were very professional. Service and professionalism was superb and I recommend this vet clinic and their staff to anyone! Thank you again!
