The road was was a little bumpy to get into the parking lot..My car almost got stuck.

I would prefer to be in the exam room with my pet while came being completed.

The staff are amazing! They listened to my concerns with my pet, and made sure he got the care that he needed in a very timely matter. Very grateful for making sure my fur baby was taken care of. :)

Jazz drags me through the door, gets on scale to get weighed, and waits anxiously to get petted and recognized by her “ friends” at the clinic. She has separation anxiety, but no problem at Barr-North! London likes everyone, and trots off happily for shots, check-ups and even nail trims. Been associated with this clinic for 50 years! Obviously a very satisfied customer!!

Excellent, caring staff. They were able to schedule me in on the same day, last minute and treated my dog in a timely manner. Very pleased.

The main area and waiting area the floors could be mopped a bit more frequently. In understand the clinic is a busy busy place. It’s just my opinion but every animal and person that is coming in from where ever and can bring it various things or problems that might effect other fur patient. Also the rooms that you wait in for the vet should be cleaned in between patients. Again just to mitigate what the next fur patient might sniff or lick up from previous fur patient. The staff are always so polite and courteous I enjoy bringing my fur baby to the clinic Everytime.

This is by far, the best clinic I have been to! The staff and vets are absolutely wonderful! They truly love what they do. Not only do they care about your fur babies, they care about you! Really appreciate that Dr. Sara Boyer was available on a Sunday afternoon to see my pet cat , Gary. She was so kind and gentle with him and provided excellent care.
