Dr Cerah and Maria were so nice to work with. Our first visit with them as we just moved up to this area. They did an amazing job with our 6 horses.

We ended up waiting 1.5 hrs for our dog’s ear to be looked at. If emergencies come in, the booked appts should be given the option to rebook rather than having to wait for 1.5hrs, especially when we live 1/2hr from town.

The staff are amazing! They listened to my concerns with my pet, and made sure he got the care that he needed in a very timely matter. Very grateful for making sure my fur baby was taken care of. :)

Jazz drags me through the door, gets on scale to get weighed, and waits anxiously to get petted and recognized by her “ friends” at the clinic. She has separation anxiety, but no problem at Barr-North! London likes everyone, and trots off happily for shots, check-ups and even nail trims. Been associated with this clinic for 50 years! Obviously a very satisfied customer!!
