I just LOVE ZimmVet!! Everyone there is amazing with my dogs, and I couldn t be happier with their attention to what matters most...my pets ??

I waited 20 minutes for my dog to be brought out after I had paid. I had to ask three times. The person who scheduled the drop-off appointment was very helpful. The vets communicated well.

Great experience, wonderful staff

This was my first visit to Zimmerman Vet. I felt welcomed by everyone I met. Dr Reed was very thorough, taking time to help my Mia be more comfortable. I feel confident in my choice of Zimm Vet for my furry kitties!

The entire staff was extremely helpful & kind. The Vet Tech that saw us before our veterinarian was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Our veterinarian was wonderful at explaining everything about all of our options regarding our pet to us in great detail. She made sure all of our questions & concerns were addressed properly. When we left I felt like we were leaving with a positive plan in place to take care of all our pets needs moving forward.

I m absolutely thankful for how they take care of Cheddar and Nitro ... ..they are so wonderful with up pups Thank you

Great experience- loved the vet - felt it was a great experience!

Only issue was that I was a bit frustrated that there was a staff meeting scheduled until 10am. My appointment was at 10 and we weren t let into the building until 10:05 or so and my dog was a bit anxious. The doorbell did not work, and nobody answered the phone, and I was very confused as to whether my appointment time was correct. I d recommend trying to make sure that staff meetings are finished 15 min prior to appointments so that guests aren t kept waiting outside for too long with no way of communicating.

It is difficult for a handicapped person to get into the clinic.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Even when I called to make the appointment, she listened to all my concerns on the phone and didn’t rush me. When I went in for the appointment the vet tech and the veterinarian were both so kind and informative and also spent adequate time with me.
