Great experience- loved the vet - felt it was a great experience!

Only issue was that I was a bit frustrated that there was a staff meeting scheduled until 10am. My appointment was at 10 and we weren t let into the building until 10:05 or so and my dog was a bit anxious. The doorbell did not work, and nobody answered the phone, and I was very confused as to whether my appointment time was correct. I d recommend trying to make sure that staff meetings are finished 15 min prior to appointments so that guests aren t kept waiting outside for too long with no way of communicating.

It is difficult for a handicapped person to get into the clinic.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Even when I called to make the appointment, she listened to all my concerns on the phone and didn’t rush me. When I went in for the appointment the vet tech and the veterinarian were both so kind and informative and also spent adequate time with me.

Always get me in quickly, lifesavers!!

Overall it was a great experience. Quick efficient help by caring employees.

When I arrived they were right on time. They were very friendly and took excellent care of my cat. I will definitely be back in the future.

We love Dr. Reed! She takes her time to explain things and always lets me ask a million questions to make sure I am taking the best care of my fur babies. The staff are always super friendly and helpful as well.

The staff is very caring and friendly, although my visit was bad news with my cat as she has cancer in her mouth, they were very sympathetic and Helpful and making my decisions for her! I would definitely recommend this veterinarian!

We brought our dog, Trixie, in for an urgent care visit. Everything from my initial phone call for an appointment with the reception staff, seeing the vet tech, meeting with the veterinarian and taking care of Trixie s needs went unbelievably well. We are so grateful they have urgent care appointments available and how caring the staff is. The referral to a poison control hot line and retrieving records Trixie s primary clinic to ensure the best care possible. Will highly recommend this clinic to friends in need of primary care or urgent care.
