I was very pleased with the knowledge, professionalism of Dr. Marsha. This was my first appt with her and she was meticulous in her care of my dog.

I only scheduled for vaccinations, but didn t realize the doctor was performing a well exam also. We were not due for a well exam for 5 more months. So, I got charged for vaccinations AND well exam, but was only supposed to be getting the vaccines. Also, if we were getting a well exam, Dr. Monica used to clean our pet s ears out if they needed it. At our visit, we were told our pet needed it but the vet (I think Dr. Marsha?) did not do it at the visit - she just provided instructions for doing it at home. I love TLC and will very likely return (though a lot is pending on a current move), but I was a little disappointed after this visit compared to previous visits.

Amy and the male technician were particularly kind and nice. Doctor Sue is amazing. I would not come back for Dr Marsha. She didn t seem very confident.

I love working with Dr. Guzik. That is why I came here. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you. The staff is very friendly

I had an emergency issue with my pet and I was grateful that TLC was very quick to get her seen. Everyone there was helpful and treated my dog with love and affection. Kyle was especially wonderful. My dog is nervous and fearful at the vet, but Kyle put her at ease and spent time with her just comforting her. It was truly appreciated.

Dr Sue is the Best! Very caring and loving. She understands my needs and does what she can to keep costs down. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Monica has been wonderful - all staff are friendly and helpful. Our darling Giggles gets great care.

We saw Dr. Monica and are sad she is leaving. We hope the new doctor is as good. We are happy with the service we get and the knowledge of the professionals and para-professionals. We do think you charge a bit too much money for services.

I hope my subsequent visits will be as positive as my first visit this past week. I was very very impressed with the care and attention to detail I received - this is very important to me as I consider my cats as my children. I want to feel like I did on my fist visit everytime I go to my vet - so, yes TLC delivered on all expectations thus far perfectly. Taking notes during a pet exam and have them available to clients for their own records would make a big difference.

I did not like that the doctor (Marsha) did a bunch of random tests without first explaining the cost of each exam. She also did not perform them as aseptically as I would have liked. I just feel that the 5 exams that were worth over $100 were pointless to diagnose a simple skin issue. Also, she did not complete what I would believe to be a full exam worth $54. I also did not like that I had to pay BEFORE I got to actually see an itemized receipt.

Really great experience for both our dogs as new patients to the hospital. Excellent!

Some questions were filled with 5 gold stars......which is what I would have rated anyway. Was that intended or an error? I especially like the casual, friendly family feel to the visits.

Tech was compassionate and professional Dr. Sue was great as always and that s why we continue to come back to TLC for our pets care.

We have been taking Kenzi to TLC since 2013. Dr. Monica has been wonderful and we will miss her.
